This new poster maps the story of today’s diverse dance music scene from its early 20th century roots in blues, rock, avante garde electronic music, ska and Latin music up through soul, funk, disco and synthpop, all the way to house, techno, trance, jungle, garage and beyond.
There are 99 genres mapped out - including such diverse styles as extratone, bitpop, Miami bass, Krautrock and many many more.

How did psy-trance evolve from new age?
All these questions and more are answered!
Over a year in the making, it represents many hours of painstaking research and design to bring out the flow of music over the last 100 years in a simple - but deep - presentation.
